We work directly with borrowers to explore resolution options—including loan modifications, repayment plans, short sales, and settlements—so homeowners can move forward. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information when you use our website and borrower portal at usmresolution.com (the “Portal”).
Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to locate your loan, verify your identity, and facilitate the resolution process:
- Identity and contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Verification information: last four digits of your Social Security number, date of birth
- Loan-related information: loan number, property address
- Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, viewport size category, and IP address
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the Portal, and timestamps

- Multi-factor authentication is required for all borrower portal accounts
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as email delivery and identity verification), subject to contractual obligations to protect your data
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
